How Long Should You Stay in Korea for Veneers?

Short answer

In selected cases, the scan-to-bonding target can be as short as 1–2 days, but your actual stay depends on buffer days and what the exam finds. Plan travel days generously until your treatment plan is confirmed in person.

One of the first questions international patients ask is simply: how many days do I need? VeneerFit targets a 1–2 day scan-to-bonding window in selected cases, but this can shift depending on your oral condition and how quickly the design is finalized.

Minimum stay and buffer days

Even with a short itinerary, it helps to build in buffer days between the exam, temporary fit check, and final bonding. Gum condition, removal of existing dental work, or shade adjustments can all add days to the process.

  1. 01
Day 1: Exam and digital scan

Your oral condition is assessed and design discussion begins from the scan data.

  2. 02
Day 2: Design confirmation and fabrication start

Shape and shade are confirmed, and fabrication begins at a lab such as BellyButton or TVS.

  3. 03
    Buffer day: Temporary fit review

Bite and shape can be rechecked and adjusted if needed.

  4. 04
Final day: Bonding and final check

Final bonding is completed, followed by a bite and finish check and aftercare guidance.

Long-haul travel or flying immediately after bonding may cause temporary discomfort. Depending on your final treatment plan, it's advisable to allow at least one extra buffer day before travel.

Language support and interpretation

Interpretation support for international patients can reduce communication friction during consultations and design discussions. Preparing your questions in advance can help you use your stay more efficiently.
