Privacy
Account information and medical consultation data are stored separately. Photos and treatment details are shared only with the clinic you choose, and retained for the period required by Korean medical records regulations.
Data collected and retention
At sign-up we collect email, name and mobile number (required) and gender and date of birth (optional). They are used only for member identification, service delivery and support, and deleted without delay when you close your account (unless the law requires retention). Marketing emails are optional and can be withdrawn anytime. Users under 14 cannot sign up.
Community posts and photos
Before/after photos and simulation results are published only with the author's consent, and author names are partially masked. You can delete your own posts at any time, which also makes the photos private. Photos of other people, personal data of others, false or exaggerated reviews and advertising are not allowed and may be hidden or removed.
Terms of use
OLCHI is a marketplace that connects patients with clinics. Treatment agreements are made directly between you and your chosen clinic. Displayed prices are estimates provided by clinics and are finalized after an in-person consultation.
