How the treatment actually works, step by step
Seeing the result before any tooth is touched is the core of the VeneerFit approach. Knowing the sequence makes your consultation far easier.
1. Consultation and 3D scan
Your dentist checks oral health and records the current state with a 3D scan and facial analysis. This is when you describe the tone and shape you want. If gum inflammation or cavities are found, they are treated before any cosmetic work begins.
2. Preview with a digital mock-up
Before anything is prepared, the finished smile is previewed digitally. Once you approve the colour, shape, and width, fabrication begins. Changes are easy at this stage — after bonding, adjustments mean remaking the shells, so this preview is the most important decision point.
3. Made in a Korean lab
After CAD design, the shells are milled on a 4-axis machine, then hand-stained and glazed to build up translucency and surface texture. VeneerFit shells are made only at certified labs, with design and material records kept per case.
4. Bonding and finishing
The goal is to complete scan-to-bonding in 1–2 days. Colour and length are confirmed at a try-in before bonding, your bite is checked afterwards, and a warranty card is issued.
Why 1–2 days is the target
Digital scan data goes straight to the lab, and milling and staining follow a standardised workflow. Larger cases or repeated design changes can extend the schedule, so leave at least a day of buffer in your travel plans.
What to bring to your first consultation
Prepare the impression you want (natural or defined), reference photos, your treatment history, and whether you grind your teeth. Recent photos of your face and smile can be used directly in the design consultation.
