BellyButton

Designing the completeness of a smile

We believe a great veneer starts from what the patient wants. We take time to understand the desired direction, then consider form, proportion, shade and translucency together to craft a veneer that suits each individual smile.

Face and teeth, light and form, and even the expression of the person. BellyButton sees a veneer not as a dental-lab output, but as a finished work of art.

Process

A great result is never made in a single step

BellyButton connects every stage into one continuous flow.

  1. 01

    ANALYSIS

We understand the patient and the teeth — form and position, harmony with face and lips, and the character of the existing teeth — then set the design direction for the case.

  2. 02

    DIGITAL DESIGN

We design size, proportion, line and form on digital data — not simply pretty teeth, but a design that belongs to the patient.

  3. 03

    FABRICATION

We realize the design with precision, completing the veneer form through an exacting fabrication process based on the approved design.

  4. 04

    CHARACTERIZATION

We express natural light and texture — finely adjusting shade, translucency, surface texture and micro-detail to recreate the vitality of natural teeth.

  5. 05

    QUALITY CONTROL

We verify to the very end — form, shade, translucency, surface and fit are meticulously inspected, because small differences change the whole impression.

BellyButton veneer is designed with a purpose.

Every BellyButton veneer has a reason behind its design.

Material Lineup

Selecting the right ceramic block for each case

VITA Mark II

Feldspathic Glass-Ceramic

A fine-structure feldspar ceramic whose strength is not extreme hardness but optical properties and esthetics close to natural teeth.

  • ·Natural translucency
  • ·Natural light scattering and transmission
  • ·Ideal when esthetics outrank strength

IPS e.max CAD

Lithium Disilicate Glass-Ceramic

A material that raises strength significantly while keeping ceramic esthetics — about 530 MPa flexural strength, used for veneers and many restorations.

  • ·Strength + esthetics + shade control
  • ·Wide translucency choice: HT / MT / LT / MO
  • ·The most versatile lithium disilicate system

Rosetta SM

Lithium Disilicate CAD/CAM Block

A Korea-made block in the same lithium disilicate class as e.max, emphasizing practicality and machinability.

  • ·Made in Korea / stable supply
  • ·Emphasis on practicality and machinability

Nice

Lithium Fluorosilicate Glass-Ceramic

A lithium fluorosilicate glass-ceramic whose biggest feature is that no crystallization firing is required.

  • ·No crystallization firing
  • ·Suited for fast turnaround flows

How we choose a block

A block is not a product — it is a material selection for fabrication. Even for the same veneer, we may choose a different block depending on the patient's requirements.

01
Strength
Will it resist fracture and last?
02
Translucency
Does light pass through the ceramic naturally?
03
Depth of shade
Can it express the depth of natural teeth?
04
Expression at thin sections
Can it deliver the desired shade and form at 0.3–0.5mm?
05
Bonding
Is the surface-treatment and resin-cement protocol stable for this ceramic?

01

VENEER

Natural Aesthetic Veneer

The standard veneer, naturally designing the form, shade and translucency of anterior teeth.

02

PINK VENEER

Gingival Aesthetic Veneer

A veneer that designs harmony between teeth and gingiva, considering the esthetics of the gum line.

03

BRIDGE VENEER

Veneer Bridge

A veneer bridge that realizes natural form and continuity even when a tooth is missing.

04

POSTERIOR VENEER

Posterior Veneer / Overlay

Posterior esthetic restorations fabricated with posterior form and occlusion in mind.

Better results start with better communication

From consultation to data transfer, design, fabrication and the final result — BellyButton communicates closely with the clinic to complete every case together.

Material selection, production time and final outcomes vary with the patient's teeth, occlusion, oral condition and case requirements. Final clinical judgment and treatment are performed by the treating dentist, in compliance with each material manufacturer's IFU.
